Privacy Policy

GreenStephens Automation, LLC ("GreenStephens," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short on purpose.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you reach out, we collect your name, email address, company name, and whatever you write in your message.
- Account information. If you sign in to the client portal, we store your email address, your name, and authentication credentials managed by our auth provider.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this to understand site traffic and diagnose problems.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To provide and maintain the client portal for active engagements.
- To improve our services and the site itself, including diagnosing technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms when necessary.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails to people who reach out through the contact form.
Service providers
We use a small set of trusted third-party services to operate the site and the client portal. These providers process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we direct:
- Hosting and edge infrastructure (Vercel)
- Database and authentication (Supabase)
- Email delivery for transactional messages
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in to the client portal and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email contact@greenstephens.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, generally within thirty days.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up and to support an ongoing or potential engagement. Client portal data is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
