Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of greenstephens.com and the GreenStephens client portal (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Custom engagements are governed by a separate, signed agreement between GreenStephens Automation, LLC and the client. These terms cover only your use of the Site itself.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow active clients to access the portal. You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site, including by submitting automated traffic, malicious code, or excessive volumes of requests.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any organization.

Accounts and the client portal

Some areas of the Site are restricted to clients with active engagements. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, code, text, and brand marks, is owned by GreenStephens Automation, LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the Site except for ordinary fair use such as quoting with attribution.

Ownership of work product produced under a client engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenStephens Automation, LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
